Been drawing all day... For once.

I need to save up to buy a nice scanner. Or a tablet.. God I miss my tablet. I'd like to be able to scan in some of my sketches and be able to go over them a little bit with Illustrator. Throw together a nice online portfolio. Someone's got to be interested in my work, right?

I love photography and everything, but that's not what I want to do with the rest of my life. Hobby, yes. Career, not so much. I miss drawing and going through sketchbooks like it was my job. Now I see all of these blank pages and it makes me feel so empty.

Back home I was getting a name for myself in photography. Not intentionally, people just knew I took photos and that was that. But what about everyone that's known me through the years? My real love has always been drawing, painting, sketching... It's what I'm actually good at. Anyone can take a good photo if they've got an eye for it and a decent camera. But drawing takes skill. This is something I've been wanting to work on and nurture for years. Why did I stop?
